RETURNS & EXCHANGES

RETURN POLICY

We hope you will love your order, however, if for any reason you need to make a change to your online purchase, you are able to make a size-only exchange. No refunds at this time. No returns or exchanges will be honored for sale items, pre-orders, swimwear, gift cards or mystery box.


EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchanges will be happily honored of unworn, unwashed items within 7 business days of being received. In the event your proper size is not in stock, you will be issued a Store Credit of the item amount for future selections.

 

All items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, fitted with the original tags attached and with no markings, makeup, scent or any form of damage. Items must be returned in the condition they were received, otherwise exchanges cannot be honored and will be shipped back to you.

All returns must be completed within 7 business days of being received.

Please note that customers are responsible for shipping charges when sent back. Customers will also be charged a $7.50 Processing and Shipping Fee. Exchanges take around 2-3 working days to process, plus the delivery time to your area.

Shipping charges will only be covered by LEOA for the following reason codes: 53 or 54 (listed on our Exchange Form). In the event we do not have your proper size in stock, you will be issued a store credit for the item amount .

FINAL SALE

All pre-order, sale, bodysuits, swimwear, & gift cards are considered final sale.

NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES will be honored for sale items (those displaying a reduced price and orders purchased with a discounted /special code), pre-orders, swimwear, gift cards or mystery box. No exchange or credit note will be offered against sale purchases and the conditions set out above will not apply.
