WHAT IS YOUR ORDER PROCESSING TIME?


​Orders get processed immediately and take anywhere from 2-3 business days to complete.




WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING TIMES?


Your order will arrive to you in 3-5 business days after your order is processed.​ PREORDERS: Shipping takes approx. 15-21 business days from date of purchase for preorder times. Once your item is shipped, you will get a confirmation email with your tracking information. You will receive your items in 3-5 business days from when it is shipped. PLEASE NOTE: Due to international delays in shipping due to COVID-19, we may experience delays in shipping. Thank you for your continued patience during this time!




HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?


Once your order has shipped, you are automatically sent an email with tracking details. You are also able to check the status of your order through logging into your account.​

​ AN ITEM I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK, WHAT CAN I DO?


Although we offer attaintable fashion items & trends, we are committed to maintaining sustainability - where available. Because of this, we offer limited quantities in stock. Once an item is out of stock, that's it. However, here is what you can do to let us know you are interested in a restock: If the item is still online, you may go to the item and enter your email to be notified once the item is available via restock/pre-order. Should there be overwhelming demand per restock requests, we may restock items via pre-order to ensure minimal waste.

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?


It is our goal that all of our items are of quality and to make sure our customers love our products. However, if for any reason you need to make a change, we are happy to offer size only exchanges for all unused, unworn items with original tags attached within 7 days of receipt of your item. DO/WILL YOU SELL MENSWEAR?


While we support all genders & gender identities, LEOA is created by women, for women and our clothing items represent this core value. We do have a unisex collection scheduled for S/S 2022

HOW DOES THE REWARDS PROGRAM WORK?

MY POINTS AREN'T SHOWING UP


In order for your points to be recorded, you must be signed in to your account before completing your purchase. There are a few reasons why your points may not be recorded or why you can't find them: 1) You have not yet Signed Up to the VIP List. Sign Up Now! 2) You did sign up, but you did not Sign In before purchasing & thus your points were not recorded. In order for your points to be recorded, you must be signed in to your account before completing your purchase. 3) You have multiple accounts with us and your points are attached to a different email. If you are having trouble with signing up or signing in, please Contact Us. We will be happy to assist your further.
