WHAT IS YOUR ORDER PROCESSING TIME?


​Orders get processed immediately and take anywhere from 2-3 business days to complete.




WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING TIMES?


Your order will arrive to you in 3-5 business days after your order is processed.​ PREORDERS: Shipping takes approx. 15-21 business days from date of purchase for preorder times. Once your item is shipped, you will get a confirmation email with your tracking information. You will receive your items in 3-5 business days from when it is shipped. PLEASE NOTE: Due to international delays in shipping due to COVID-19, we may experience delays in shipping. Thank you for your continued patience during this time!




HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?


Once your order has shipped, you are automatically sent an email with tracking details. You are also able to check the status of your order through logging into your account.​

If you have any questions about an item or your order please visit Customer Care & fill out a contact form. Please include your Order Number if applicable.




​ AN ITEM I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK, WHAT CAN I DO?


If the item is still online, go to Customer Care tab and select RESTOCK REQUEST and indicate which item and your size. We will track each request and you will be notified if the item restocks.

HOW DOES THE REWARDS PROGRAM WORK?


You can sign up HERE by joining our VIP List! Once you are signed up, you automatically have access to the LEOA VIP Lounge (aka our rewards program). Already a member? Click the Gift Icon in the bottom left corner to see your points!
The VIP Lounge rewards 1 point for every $1 spent. You can also get more points by following on IG and more! For ways to earn, visit our Rewards Program tab. Sign up or Log In for more! Your rewards cannot be redeemed for cash.




MY POINTS AREN'T SHOWING UP


There are a few reasons why your points may not be recorded or why you can't find them: 1) You have not yet Signed Up to the VIP List. 2) You did sign up, but you did not Sign In before purchasing 3) You have multiple accounts with us and your points are attached to a different email 3) The email you used at checkout is different than the one you used when you signed up. If you are having trouble signing in or signing up and redeeming your points, Send Us An Email and include the email address you used when signing up and Order Number (if applicable).
